Whether you're lounging with a book or enjoying lively conversations with loved ones, this space is designed for making memories.

The location of this stunning home is second to none, just 100 metres stroll to the famous cafes and reatsurants of Huskisson and just 100 metres stroll to the beach and the park!

There is much to see and do in the beautiful Jervis Bay area: swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

A well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal and a large pantry cupboard.
Fully equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave and electric oven/stove. (No coffee machine).

A huge yard with a pristine lawn, trampoline and outdoor play area. Further to this a vast covered entertainment area with dining for 8, lounges for 6, outdoor TV, outdoor beer firdge and gas barbecue.


Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.


This property is suitable for pets. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. Note that the yard is fully secure but very small dogs would potentially be able escape under the front gate.

Security Bond

A bond of 500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

Arrival/Departure Time

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.


This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay;
Easter: 4 night minimum stay;
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.

    Great property. Really well located and the 2x toddlers absolutely loved the trampoline, cubby, sandpit and swings etc. the adults loved the fully fenced yard and the outdoor entertainment space!
