Refund Policy

Holidaypaws Refund GuaranteeFor peace of mind in an uncertain online world, Holidaypaws Pty Ltd is happy to guarantee the refund of your deposit on a booking made on the website.

We will refund your payment, but only where the booking has been cancelled in accordance with the property owner's Terms & Conditions. If in the unusual event, you have abided by the property owner's Terms & Conditions (according to the property owner), and have not been able to successfully claim a refund of your booking, we will refund that booking to you ourselves. In some cases, the refund may exclude any credit card, booking fees and administration fees imposed by the property manager.

To cover our costs, we will refund 50% of the Holidaypaws Service Fee you have paid. 

Any contract for the rental of any property listed on our site is directly between an Advertiser and a Holidaymaker (each a "Booking Contract") and we are not a party to that contract.

In recognition of this, any claim you may have that is in any way connected with a dispute you have with an Advertiser on our site must be brought directly against that Advertiser and not against us.
