The open plan living and dining space has ducted AC, plenty of comfortable lounge seating, dining for 6 and a large smart TV with soundbar. Disney+, Netflix and Prime are all available for guests' use free of charge.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
