This 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 12 people, complete with reverse deducted air conditioning throughout, free wifi and your pets are welcome to attend.

Upon entering, you're greeted by an open-concept living area that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a large smart flat screen tv and overlooks the front verandah and garden.

The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, with modern electric appliances, a large island bench, a double fridge freezer with plumbed water, and ample storage space. It's designed to cater to the needs of those who enjoy cooking while still being part of the social atmosphere.

The holiday home offers four tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own unique style. The master bedroom is a spacious sanctuary, complete with a queen-sized bed, and the added bonus of a full out double sofa bed. The other three bedroom include a mix of queen-sized, double-sized, and bunks, accommodating various guest preferences.

Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through the property manager. (Prior ordering is essential). Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and tea-towel

Very happy with the accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. Not that we cooked but for a family it could do with another saucepan or two. Finally figured out how to work the cook top as the controls are hard to see when you don't know where to look. The only downer was the relentless wind especially at night when things were banging most of our last night. Fixed the northern neighbours banging gate. Fence behind the fire pit needs securing. Very happy will book again.

This stylish beach house has all that you could ask for. Perfect for families with its fully fenced front and back yards with more than enough lawn to run around on, good sized bedrooms with practical bed configurations, and well equipped kitchen - all within walking distance of the beach! We will be back!

Itwas a fantastic house for a holiday. Well equipped and has been lovely decorated. Large back enclosed rear garden which was nice and flat for games and barbecues. Only recommendation is a second toilet. If you are going to have a property with four bedrooms sleeping up to 12 people. We all fell a little bit in love with Lullune!
