A classic 4-bedroom Vincentia home designed for comfort and style. The famous White Sands Walk, a scenic 2.5km walking track that skirts the shores of Jervis Bay, is across the road. In 4 minutes a coastal pathtrack through the trees takes you from the front door to the white sands of tree-fringed Blenheim Beach, with clear waters and views across to Point Perpendicular. Stunning Greenfields Beach is a 5-minute walk up the road. A 15-minute stroll will have you on Chinaman's Beach or Hyam's Beach, or you can walk 10 minutes the other way to Nelson's Beach. This really is the perfect Jervis Bay location.

This coastal retreat effortlessly blends relaxation with sophistication, offering a laid-back South Coast vibe. There is much to see and do in the beautiful Jervis Bay area: swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more. The vibrant town of Huskisson with eateries, pubs, boutiques and a cinema is a 10 minute drive, with shops also nearby in Vincentia.

Kitchen
A well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Electric cooktop, grill and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.

Living
Upstairs has a large open plan dining and lounge area, each with seating for 8 guests and opening out onto a beautiful front deck with filtered ocean views through the towering eucalypts. A small desk space is also available providing an ideal work from home space for those that can't leave the office behind. There is also a small lounge area in the downstairs studio.

Laundry
A separate laundry with washer, dryer, vacuum, iron and board.

Outside
There is a beautiful front deck with endlessly fascinating views of the treescape directly opposite the house, and filtered ocean views over Blenheim Beach – and the deck has, comfortable lounge seating ideal for cocktail hour! To the rear of the home is a beautiful tiered natural back yard surrounded by towering gums with a washing line and gas barbecue.

Linen
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Pets
This property is suitable for pets and the top deck is secure. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet and if you have not picked up after your pet in the yard before departure. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.The yards are completely open and frequently visited by kangaroos so pets should not be left unattended in the yards.

Other
Please do not approach, the kangaroos, kookaburras, echidnas or other animal visitors.
Children should be supervised outside at all times as there are no contained areas other than the upstairs deck and the yards have multiple drops and lead down to the road.
Kayaks are provided free of charge for guests use but are used at own risk.

Security Bond
A bond of 500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

Arrival and Departure Times
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Parties, functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.

House was well equipped and very comfortable, was enjoyed by all guests. Location was peaceful and close to beautiful beaches, bird life etc.
