Pets are welcome at this property. There is a $100 surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

Most properties are outdoor only except for mermaids secret, villa serene, the loft. The pet policy if they are outside only is clean up after the pet otherwise $50 cleaning fee is to be applied, indoor Pets must not go on bedding or furniture otherwise the additional cleaning fees will be charged upon invoice by the cleaner, also applies.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming decor and the thoughtful attention to detail. The house was incredibly well-equipped with all the necessities and more. We found ourselves surrounded by comfort and convenience, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment to the fullest. Exploring the area was a breeze, with everything we needed within walking distance. From leisurely strolls to nearby attractions like the Country Club and Fingal Bay. This getaway exceeded our expectations in every way possible, and this house has undoubtedly earned its place on our list for future escapades. We stayed at CALM house in Shoal Bay over the new year period and loved our stay! The house was amazing, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed or what wasn’t there, they were very clear we needed to bring. It was only 1.2km to the bay, and the main waterfront road making it an easy walk. The house comfortably slept 6 adults/3 couples but could comfortably sleep 8. Check in and check out was a simple process and they had great communication. We even got a chance to meet the owner on the second last day who was lovely!

We loved our stay because the house is clean, new and fresh and had everything we needed. The house is in a great location and is in walking distance to the beach. The backyard is well maintained and the swing and barbecue were a great addition. The beach umbrella and boards were a thoughtful and great addition to the house.

It's clean, peaceful, well kept and well furnished. It was the little touches/thoughtful items that made this experience so wonderful. I think this is the best place we have found so far and will be our summer getaway in the future. Throws, Netflix, boogie boards, plentiful pillows, heating in each room and a well stocked pantry! We loved our stay even in the constant rain and possible flooding on the way here. It was worth it!!
