• Property is pet Friendly to small & medium size dogs, small fence area at the rear of the property. Medium size dogs to remain outside at all times and only permitted in the laundry area. Under no circumstances are pets to be left at the property unattended.

Bunk Beds:

Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all top bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobile 0419 846 586 with 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.

The cooling was terrible in the larger lounge room. It didn't work well at all. The 2 bedrooms off that lounge had no cooling. I had to sleep in the lounge room with my kiss as the bedrooms were way too hot. We slept on the floor under the ceiling fan with very limited cooling coming from the A/C. No one got a good night's sleep over the 7 nights we stayed at the property.
