If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

A delightful single-storey family home in Cape Woolamai just a short walk or drive from the safe swimming beach and surf beach, supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cape Woolamai. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV, Apple TV set top box & Coonara wood heater) provides a fantastic space to relax. A central hallway leads to Bedroom 1, which features a TV and an ensuite (with shower & toilet), the Laundry (with washing machine) that provides access to the side deck, a Bathroom (with bath & shower), Bedroom 2 (with BIR) and in turn leads through to Bedroom 3.

There is a separate Bungalow in the back yard which has a huge Lounge/Games Room (with TV, pool table, couches and dart board), as well as Bedroom 4 which has a kitchenette and an ensuite (with shower & toilet).

Outdoor Areas

The covered side Deck (with gas BBQ and seating for 8) leads through to the enclosed back yard which is perfect for children & pets and features a 6-seater electric cedar wood spa, and an outdoor shower (hot & cold water). The long concrete driveway runs down the side of the home and provides plenty of space to park up to 3-4 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) and a gate at the front of the home provides another enclosed space for children and/or pets.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with drip filter style coffee machine (using ground coffee) cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and electric induction cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There are two wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioners; one in the Living/Dining room and the other in Bedroom 4, ceiling fans in the Living/Dining Room, Lounge/Games Room, as well as Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4, a Coonara wood heater (some wood provided to get you started) in the Living/Dining Room, plus some additional stand-alone heaters and one fan which can be used where required.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 10 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Double bed
Bedroom 3: One Tri-bunk
Bedroom 4: One Tri-bunk

Please note: A Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.
Bedroom 3 is open to Bedroom 2 (ie there is no door) and is accessed through Bedroom 2.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
