About the home

This is a delightful double-storey family home in Newhaven just a short from the beach and quick drive to the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

From the Entry of the home, to the right is a vast, north facing family lounge (with 75" smart TV). To the left the open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining area (with smart TV) overlooking the pool. Also on this level is Bedroom 1, featuring a smart TV, WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet), Bedroom 2 (with BIR), the main Bathroom (with Shower & bath), a separate toilet and the fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer).

Upstairs is the enormous Bedroom 3 (with BIR & smart TV), a separate Kitchenette (with sink, bar fridge & kettle) and an ensuite (with shower & toilet).

The separate Bungalow can be accessed from the main home entirely undercover and has a Living Room (with smart TV), bathroom (with shower & toilet) as well as Bedroom 4.

Outdoor Areas

The Oasis-like fully enclosed rear yard is perfect for children and pets, and features a stunning in ground solar heated pool (Xm x Xm), with a day bed overlooking the pool. The huge covered Entertaining Area between the main house & the Bungalow is perfect for groups and features a gas BBQ, 10-seater table, dart board & basketball ring. The private front Balcony is accessible from Bedroom 3. There is space for 2 vehicles in the driveway (cars and/or a boat) plus a public car park next door for any additional parking.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top. Upstairs is a kitchenette with sink, bar fridge & kettle. The Bungalow kitchenette has an electric oven and cook top, sink, microwave & bar fridge. A 4th fridge (full sized) is in the covered outdoor entertaining area.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There are three wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioners; one in the downstairs Living/Dining room that also heats Bedrooms 1 & 2, one in Bedroom 3 (upstairs) and one in the Bungalow Living Room. There are ceiling fans in bedrooms 1 and 3, plus one additional stand-alone heater which can be used where required. Please note the gas fireplace is not in use.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 5 beds, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 10 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Two Single beds
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 4 (Bungalow): One Queen bed

There is also a Double sofa bed in Bedroom 3 that is suitable for 2 adults or children.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
