This charming Dunsborough holiday house is tucked away at the end of a quiet driveway, at the end of a quiet street in the beautiful suburb of Old Dunsborough. You are a short walk to the Old Dunsborough Boat Ramp and swimming beach with shark net, or the Dunsborough and Districts Country Club where you can play a round of golf, a game of Lawn Bowls, or have a meal with the family. You are only 10 minutes walk from the entry to the Meelup Regional Park which is the start of the hiking tracks which take you to Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and the start of the Cape to Cape Walk. Dunsborough townsite is a short bike ride or 5 min drive where you have access to a large range of shops and restaurants.

The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the wow factor of the property being an outdoor bath surrounded by festoon lighting.  The near-by Meelup Regional Park is home to Kangaroos, possums, quendas, magpies and a vast array of parrots and birds that may visit during your time at Cape Cottage.  The backyard is fully fenced and ideal for your little ones and furry-friend to play safely all stay long.

The outdoor Alfresco area includes a table setting for 8 people, gas BBQ, and a chimenea for those Winter nights. 

The outdoor bath is a very popular addition. 


The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, plenty of utensils, crockery, cookware, glasses, pots & pans and serving dishes. There’s also plenty of shelving to store your own ingredients and supplies.

The main bathroom is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3 and features a shower, bath, vanity and heating lamp. A hairdryer is also provided.


The laundry includes a washing machine and cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner and mop etc if required. There is an outdoor clothesline at the side of the house.

Please note:

This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Excessive noise will result in a forfeit of your bond.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Pets are allowed inside the home but not on the furniture please. Please ensure dogs toilet area is cleaned up prior to departure.
