What makes this place unique is the games room which is ideal for fun family games. The home is warm and inviting in winter and we can wait to enjoy the pool next summer.

This was a clean, quiet and very relaxing place to stay! Like a tropical holiday without the travel!

Highly appointed property with all the mod cons. The pool and hot tub are amazing. BBQ and fully equipped kitchen. Reverse cycle air con. Comfy beds. Games room and games are all amazing! Just everything you need for a fantastic holiday esp for a family.

We loved this cute little home and gorgeous property. So much care and consideration was put into this space and it made for such a relaxing experience. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best, so it was a lot of money to spend to only be able to use the pool one out of the two days, but we definitely enjoyed our time here and hope to be back in the future. Great house for a family especially in summer as there is a lot of outdoor space. The outdoor living area, deck, BBQ hut, pool and spa are the highlights. The detached games room provided fun for the adults and kids. The house itself is small, having only a single open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The bedrooms are also on the smaller side but comfortable enough. The property is quite leafy and could use some maintenance around the front and back walkways and paths making access easier.

For our family of five, this was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Lots of thoughtful touches made it clear that the owners clearly want their guests to have a great time. Would come again!

We had a great stay and even got to enjoy the pool on our last day. Even without the pool there was so much to do with the amazing games room. Lots of fun for the kids and their parents. We would definitely come back again.

Great place for a getaway! The pool is perfect for young children as well as adults. The outdoor area is very private and it feels like you are in Bali. The games room is an added bonus and kept us all entertained. We really enjoyed our stay!

A stunning property which feels like tropical resort, with high-quality appliances and amenities. The weather was a little chilly when we were there and we enjoyed the spa very much.

Checked in on Sunday. Unpleasant smell in the house, many dead insects and spider web around the windows. The most disappointing part was the uncleaned and disgusting spa. After several calls I was told by the property manager, that the pool cleaning company not working on Sundays so they did not clean them after the previous guest checked out! They send someone to clean the spa on Monday but the guy said it takes a good few hours to clean and warm up (took 2days) and it didn't came out clean.

Had an absolute blast here. Keen to come back again.

Absolutely beautifully presented home that was surrounded by gorgeous tranquil gardens. Unfortunately the weather let us down for our weekend getaway, however there was so much to enjoy at the property, with the spa amazing games room and a few drives into local Portsea and Sorrento along the beautiful foreshore of the peninsula We would love to return in the warmer months ahead and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Amazing retreat with such tranquillity and vibe.

This is our 2nd year in a row staying here both times we’ve found that the house sleeps 7 ppl but if you all want to watch a movie there’s not enough couches seating for everyone The other issue we find is the palms and the agarve plants are too overgrown up the path to the front door especially on the corner before the steps to the deck and that’s without even trying to bring our bags up , nearly impossible with luggage

Umar We stayed at this property for six nights and had the best time relaxing time! There were lots of activities for children and adults. The games room is exceptional, there is plenty of lawn games to enjoy and they even supplied colouring pencils, books, board games and DVD’s. We particularly enjoyed our time in the pool and the spa. We will be back again.

My family & I stayed at this beautiful spot - it has everything we wanted, great coffee machine + pods, smart TV, pool, hot tub, amazing shower, etc... Amazing location, amazing decor - everything was designed and decorated to perfection, not a spot of wasted space. Just one of the best places on the Mornington Peninsular to visit.

The house was stunning. We are already planning our next time back for summer. It was great in winter also with the spa and games room. Close to everything you need.

I hired this house for the weekend and could not have been happier! It is amazing!! The backyard and pool area including spa and BBQ are unbelievable!! So private, quiet and all the extras like pool toys an extra towels were great. The games room was awesome as well, catering for young children through to adults.

Beautiful space! We stayed as a family of 6 with a toddler and a newborn. Everything was just perfect. Lots to do even though the weather was average. We still made the most of the games room and spa.

This property had every little detail covered. The grounds and property we found were in pristine condition. The pool, spa and games room were a huge hit with our son !! Even with rainy weather across the weekend there was plenty to do. We will be back!

We hired the place in april for 3 days it was spotless everything nice and clean the spa is magnificent no need to pack any extras they had every single thing from cutlery to foil , so organized and clean even in the garage they had games for all ages all u need to get is ur clothes we had a blast and it’s a must at least once a year

The outdoor area is great, we thoroughly enjoyed lounging by the pool all weekend.Verve even allowed us a late check out on the Sunday which meant we got even more time at the house which we used happily.
