Owners are obviously in the process of updating the property and it's inclusions and are to be congratulated for that. Great beds, bar-b-que, well provisioned kitchen, large fridge, outdoor covered BBQ area, huge shed for boats, etc. Lawns well maintained. The bathroom, shower and toilet were adequate. HOWEVER! handrail on front steps is dangerously inadequate. I tripped on 3rd top step and my wife pulled me back, but I believe the handrail would have collapsed under my 100kgs thrown sideways.

There is no air conditioning! How can you be allowed to rent a holiday property in sub-tropical Qld without air conditioning. A must for a holiday house. The house has no ventilation. No person could sleep - we left a day early. The back screen does not close or lock so you can't have a breeze. The bathroom is very average. The kitchen is very average. No dishwasher! The front stairs has a rocky rail - someone will have an accident.The property only has a filtered ocean view.
