This is a modern, pet friendly, two storey townhouse with a split system air conditioner downstairs, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and an easy scenic walk into the heart of town!

Downstairs has the open plan living area with a SMART TV and comfortable relaxed furnishing, this area opens out onto the alfresco dining area with gas BBQ facilities and an enclosed courtyard/ garden area which is perfect for children to play.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. The property also provides an internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer.

Three spacious bedrooms all with ceiling fans and located upstairs, the master bedroom has a beautiful ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity and the second TV, the main bathroom has a bath, shower, and toilet.

Great location and facilities but - NO sun can get into the home.. Downstairs needed lights on midday and top middle bedrooms. When we walked in it smelt MOULDY. I am in Real estate and we mange 380 homes - this needs trees nextdoor trimmed to allow in warmth..

Villa was clean and nicely presented and very comfortable. A feature I was looking for was a garage to lock up push bikes. This worked out well, with double garage. Walking distance to Nelson Bay for dinner and Dutchies for beach and bike riding track. Enjoyed our stay.
