Four-bedroom air-conditioned, pet friendly holiday house with water views of Bagnalls Beach and room to park a trailer boat in front of the house.
This property is only a short 200m walk to Dutchmans Beach and Reserve which is renowned for the calm waters and perfect swimming conditions for children. The reserve has a fantastic childs playground, grass picnic area with tables and chairs and free bbq facilities.
Walk out the front door of Baggies on Duchies and you are on the famous Bridal Pathway, this path is very popular for walking and cycling. Only 1.5kms the path leads all the way into Nelson Bay cbd and the dAlbora Marina where you will find many restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and an abundance of exciting aquatic activities.
The two-storey house has beautifully landscaped gardens and is designed to accommodate two families, it offers comfortable furnishings throughout and great indoor/outdoor living areas.
Upstairs is the air-conditioned open plan living and dining area has a ceiling fan and filtered water views with glass sliding doors that open out onto the full-length undercover balcony with outdoor dining. Also, on this level are two of the bedrooms with the main bedroom having a ceiling fan and access to the balcony.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and full-size fridge/freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. The main bathroom is located on the upstairs level, it has a fabulous corner spa bath, glass shower, vanity and toilet. Also on this level there is a laundry with a front loader washing machine, dryer and the third toilet.
A spiral staircase leads from upstairs down to the second living area which has a split system air conditioner and kitchenette. Opening off from the second living area is the full-length covered verandah and outdoor lounge overlooking the front grassed yard. Downstairs there is also the third and fourth bedrooms and another bathroom with a standard size bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.
Enclosed back yard which is perfect for your fur baby.

A great holiday location for either a large family or a couple of families. Great walks and bike rides and close to dog friendly bay.

We had a lovely stay with our family here, would absolutely recommend and return here. Just a few notes - if the hot water is not going to be turned on for our arrival, it would be helpful if this was noted and the procedure for turning it on displayed. There seemed to be multiple systems to turn on and trying to figure this out right on bath time for our young children was irritating. Also, the vacuum cleaner needs attention - the head seems broken.

Great big property. Close to shops. Close to beaches. Great view.
