Nestled along the quiet Seabreeze Parade just 100 metres from Wallis Lake and minutes from Seven Mile beach is this property with a great mix between rustic and modern. Located in the small and unique peninsula village of Green Point mid way between Forster and Pacific Palms.
With air conditioning and modern furnishings throughout and wifi to help keep you connected, this is a great base to unwind or explore the region. With an open plan kitchen with modern appliances, breakfast bar, dining and loungeroom, you will find hardwood floors and stone tiles to keep the home cool. With three bedrooms with two queens and two king singles, you'll arrive to the beds made up with linen and towels ready for the bathrooms, just dont forget to pack your beach towels to make use of the Lake or beaches.
The backyard has a firepit to fire up on a cold night and a bbq to cook up some great outdoor meals, the property backs right on the National Park and is walking distance to bring your boat along to the Lake. With a shopping centre in Forster only about 10 minutes drive away, you can stock up on the groceries and head back out to a quiet and relaxing stay in beatiful Green Point.
Whilst this property does allow you to bring along a pet, all animals must be kept outdoors at all times. Please respect these rules as your pets may inadvertently cause damages and leave lingering smells that are intrusive to other guests, as well as possibly incur charges for the extra cleaning required.

Great stay at Laguna House! The house is so much better in person than on photos. Freshly renovated, clean and practical.
Wonderful place to stay.
The place was fantastic. The host went out of their way to be helpful and there were so many great extras like kids books, highchair, Netflix etc.
Great full kitchen, super comfortable beds and couches and gorgeous bathroom. There was even a bit of an unexpected wow factor when first opening the front door. I was initially a little apprehensive about communication, but was actually pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get in contact with someone when I wanted to ask questions.
The house was extremely clean, large backyard and beautiful bathroom / bedrooms. No faults at all. Would happily come back.
I’ll definitely be back for an extended stay next time. Thanks for having us!
The house has everything you need for a holiday and is also in a great location, walk a minute to the nearby lake or drive a few minutes to pristine beaches!
Really quiet place, you just need a car because Forster is 15 min away drive same as Elizabeth beach.
