First time visiting Bright. Location of the property is an easy walk to the town (5mins) however the road it is on is busy with a lot of traffic noise. The house was comfortable but the bathroom and kitchen could do with an update. The bedrooms looked newly renovated and were lovely. Lounge was adequate for the 2 of us.

Hi, thanks for the opportunity to review this property. Just a few notes we had: 1. Tissues are a good addition 2. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have made a huge difference. 3. A blind over the window at the top of the stairs also, as the heat coming through there is huge, and would save air con use. 4. TV location was dangerous when coming through the door in the dark, with bags etc. The room could be configured to put it out of the way. 5. Sensor light at the front door would help.

The property is well positioned and comfortable but a hot-box - the upstairs bedrooms particularly - if the outside temperature is >25C. The old, rattling air conditioner is grossly inadequate. Also, the wi-fi speed is inadequate for all but the simplest e-mails. The TV also does not have enough signal to operate effectively.

Well located. Beds comfy, ample wardrobe space. Bathroom ceiling & vent dirty and dusty. Poor water pressure & Hot Water ran out filling the bath. Upstairs area too warm (23 degree days) split system air con, cooling does not reach bedrooms. Bedroom Blinds do not cut out light, so annoyingly no sleep ins. Window top of stairs no cover at all, lets in light, heat, and privacy issue view straight into bathroom from next door. Poor internet. Traffic noise front bedroom. No Dishwasher

We were not happy with the cleaning on arrival. The floors had not been vacuumed and there were 4 dog poos on the back path. We also could not deadlock the front door and the key left was for another address.
