Conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk to Park Beach, one of Coffs Harbour's best surfing beaches and close to shops, fun holidays are waiting for you.

With a large backyard and play equipment for the kids, an outdoor picnic table for outdoor dining and a pool table in the games room, there’s plenty to do here. Kids will be entertained for hours with a swing set, cubby house with slippery dip and mini climbing wall as well as a large lawn for playing.

The games room is equipped with a pool table for hours of entertainment as well as lounge seating for relaxation.

The three bedrooms are relatively spacious, with the master bedroom including a large built-in office desk and chair, great for working from home, studying or some quiet time.

With level access and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, this holiday home may also be suitable for those with mobility concerns.

No animals are allowed on the furniture AT ANY TIME and under any circumstances. Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. This includes (but is not restricted to) any fur/hair (except on floors), food, stains, smells or faeces. Any damage caused by the animal must be repaired or reported to us (and will be deducted from your Security Bond). This includes damage to screens, paint work, carpets, furniture, gardens etc. Any additional time in cleaning up after your animal/s will be charged to you. Number of dogs permitted is limited to two (2). Please ensure that this limit is adhered to.
