The renovated kitchen has beautiful stone benchtops, a gas stovetop and oven, dishwasher with a breakfast bar seating five. Make a coffee with the coffee machine and enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the large timber table in the backyard alfresco area.  Or indulge and walk to the popular cafes along Ocean Parade, just 12 mins walk away.

The spacious lounge room has comfy leather lounges and large TV, opening via sliding doors onto the alfresco dining area and backyard.

Whether on holiday or workcation, this home has plenty of space for the family, or just for couples.  Work or study from the home office located in one of the four bedrooms or use the separate dining area with dining table seating 8.
