This is a single level, 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom cottage with separate self-contained 1 bed, 1-bathroom studio, set right across the road from the Sawtell Beach reserve and close distance to Sawtell Life Saving Cub.

Cottage (Sleeps 6)

Upon entry, the spacious living area overlooking lush lawn and garden flows through to a second lounge or media room with a big screen tv featuring Foxtel, opening to a paved alfresco terrace with BBQ. There’s plenty of space for relaxation and family time.

The kitchen at the heart of the home provides convenient access to the dining and alfresco areas for easy family holiday meals.

Three cheerful bedrooms share a generously proportioned bathroom with shower; whilst separate powder room off the laundry and living areas provides extra convenience.

The single-level layout and front access via a gentle ramp also make this cottage a wonderful choice for families holidaying with grandparents or for those with mobility issues.

Studio (Sleeps 2)

This self-contained studio provides privacy and space for an additional couple or can be booked separately. The studio, detached from the cottage, enjoys a private lawn and BBQ alfresco area.

Queen sized bed, wardrobes and ensuite provide comfort and space to ensure a relaxing holiday. Whip up an easy meal in the kitchenette, enjoy a BBQ, or make use of the many cafes and restaurants at your doorstep – the choice is yours!

Two entrances for the studio, via the laneway or cottage yard (depending on bookings) provide security and privacy.

About Pets:

No animals are allowed on the furniture AT ANY TIME and under any circumstances. Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. This includes (but is not restricted to) any fur/hair (except on floors), food, stains, smells or faeces. Any damage caused by the animal must be repaired or reported to us (and will be deducted from your Security Bond). This includes damage to screens, paint work, carpets, furniture, gardens etc. Any additional time in cleaning up after your animal/s will be charged to you. Number of dogs permitted is limited to two (2). Please ensure that this limit is adhered to.
