We had a lovely stay, the property is well presented and very clean, BBQ and deck great for that afternoon drink. Close to everthing. Easy pick up for keys. We will be back.

Hi, Overall the property was great. Neat and tidy, great location, plenty of space and great outdoor area. Only issue we had was that the BBQ gas bottle was empty which we had to replace. Would I be able to receive a refund for this? Thank you. Kind Regards, Melanie

Location doesn't get much better, short walk to everything and almost right on the Bay. The house itself is simple, practical and generally well-kept. Having stayed here a lot over the years, I've always found the Agent very responsive to any issues or requests for maintenance.

beautiful house with great location, we made the most of all amentities with the lovely water, beaches and bush walking and waking up ith the birds chirping. the house had plenty of room for all and even room for cleaning the fish out front, the only downfall was it was a little chilly needed a good heater or split system aircon

Have to agree with KandaA's review. Property would have been perfectly acceptable (good location) if it had've been cleaned before we got there. Floors had not been cleaned/mopped. Kitchen tops not wiped over, microwave not cleaned. Fridge door revolting, and interior smelt of rotting flesh. Mouse poo in dishes cupboard. Toilets disgusting, showers not cleaned. The one sofa was also revolting which we cleaned thoroughly before using. Why isn't this property inspected before re-renting, especially when the office is only 50 metres away???? They're lucky we didn't charge them for the cleaning chemicals purchased, and the time taken to make it livable. All in all we liked the town and location, but would not rent through Iluka Real Estate again. Obviously there have been complaints before that they have chosen to disregard.

The location of this holiday house is 5 star. you couldn't be more conveniently located and still have a quiet place to stay. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the house did not live up to the pictures provided. The agent was apologetic and said she would bring it up with the cleaners, but to be fair the owner must take some responsibility. The sofa was grubby and stained, hairs on it, and felt sticky: we had to put a sheet over it to sit on it. The walls were full of hand prints, some furniture was under dust sheets when we arrived, and the fridge needs a very good scrub on the outside. To do such a nice reno, be in such a great spot and then skimp on the sofa and fridge is silly. At the least invest in a fitted cover for the sofa , have a good clean before guests arrive, and clean or paint the fridge door.

Great holiday house plenty of room .50metres from river.beach a 2min drive. A short stroll to shops pub and bowling club . A great relaxing family holiday
