We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;

Parties/Functions/Gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents.
Strictly no Bachelor/Hen parties or Schoolies will be tolerated.
Guests that don't respect the property or neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

This beautifully dezigned and furnished unit provides every possible need for your holiday. Large comfortable beds. Plenty of space available in cupboards. Excellent bathroom with large shower and full sized bath tub. Fully equipped kitchen. All you need is your own food and to turn up for a wonderful holiday/break. You can bring your dog too as there is a dog friendly beach close by. Weather is usually perfect, so just come along.
