Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. This property can accommodate up to 12 people with 4 rooms and 9 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck and the outsanding view. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

This home is located a short distance from Lake Wollumboola and just a quick stroll from both Warrain Beach and Culburra Beach.

Upstairs is the kitchen, dining and living areas along with two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are two decks, allowing the warmth of the sun and the cool breezes of the ocean. There is one off a bedroom and the other off the living area. Enjoy a morning cuppa whilst contemplating what to do with the rest of your day.

Downstairs is light and airy with modern attributes, two bedrooms, laundry with shower and toilet, kitchenette and a living room with TV and DVD. The living and dining room leads out to a large enclosed yard with the BBQ area.

Let the kids lounge around in the downstairs area while the adults enjoy quiet time upstairs with some views to the ocean.

Lakeside Park is just down the road, take long walks along the beach or venture out to the many golf courses and wineries around the area. There are so many things to do in the Shoalhaven and only a short drive away.

Linen:
Linen Service full property all beds, $450 per stay. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact the property manager after booking for a quote.

If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

Pets are welcome at this property. There is a $100 surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.  

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
