Welcome to Golden Views at Normanville located halfway between one of SAs premier golf precincts - Links Lady Bay and the township of Normanville and only a short drive to Normanville’s celebrated beach as voted by Lonely Planet.

This incredible single storey holiday home with relaxing and inviting décor will allow you to unwind with all the creature comforts you could need. It will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, comprising of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, separate children’s living and an alfresco entertaining area.
In the heart of the home, you will find the gorgeous open plan living with floor to ceiling sliding doors opening out to the undercover entertaining area making a seamless transition to alfresco dining.
Become a master chef in this expansive kitchen which features an enormous island bench, ample storage, walk-in butler’s pantry, built in appliances including a 900mm gas cooktop, undermount electric oven, dishwasher, large plumbed double door fridge/freezer and a Breville coffee machine.
A comfortable lounge/dining area is adjacent to the kitchen complete with a flat screen smart TV, gas heater and dining table.

The chiefs of the household will be elated to retire to their own master bedroom located at the front of the home boasting a walk-in robe and large ensuite. Down the hall you will find 3 more bedrooms, the main bathroom, laundry and the kids hang out.

It's completely fenced which is perfect for your small children and beloved four legged pets to roam free.
The undercover all seasons entertainment area comes complete with plumbed in kitchen/bbq facilities, a dual zone beer & wine fridge, cafe blinds and pizza oven. Also an added bonus of an outdoor bar area, fire pit and cubby.
Please note the garage is not available for guest use however, there is ample parking space in the driveway.

Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout, gas combustion heater to the living room.
Pets: Pets welcome upon application.
Fenced: Fully enclosed rear yard.
Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf and the cost is included in your rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)

Gorgeous modern property, well appointed on a lovely quiet street. Incredible views, great amenities, and excellent for little kids with a fully fenced backyard, cubby house and toys & books provided. Very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Amazing house with all the amenities you’ll need for a getaway. Views were immaculate looked like the photos. Great place to go with friends and/or family. Plenty of places to go to in the local area or within a short drive. Would highly recommend for anyone.

What a beautiful place to stay. From the moment we arrived (thanks for accomodating an early check in) we were wowed! We loved everything about this modern property. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay- all the bits and bobs. Beds were very comfy, cleanliness 10/10, views were so relaxing especially enjoying a drink outside watching the sunset! Lovely place to stay for a family getaway. Kids are entertained with lots of toys and a cubby house. Adults can enjoy the Beautiful views of the green hills, and the kangaroos from the living room window. The gas fireplace by the couch offered a relaxing and peaceful place to warm up and watch the world go by on a cold winter weekend. Styling and décor were very impressive and kitchen cupboards were stocked with all the utensils and condiments you will need. We will definitely be returning again

This place was beautiful and fit our family and pups perfectly! We went on a particularly cold and wet weekend, but the fireplace in the main area instantly warmed the house up. The kitchen was spacious and had all the appliances we needed, and the bathrooms were spotless!

A wonderful home, perfectly laid out for families and entertainment. The gas log heater was epic, pizza's in the pizza oven a treat and kangaroos across the landscape was a hit with the kids. All around an amazing property, well equipped and in a great location.
