Enjoy the tranquillity of Jervis Bay in this bright and airy two-storey beach getaway. When you wake in the morning the glorious views will beckon you to the ocean. Vincentia has 6.5km of soft white sandy beaches, so you can pick the perfect spot to float in the crystal-clear waters.

Fill your days with snorkelling, beach cricket, and dolphin spotting, and if you feel like something a little more adventurous, you can rent a bike and check out the many bike baths, explore the national parks, take in a round of golf, go kiteboarding, or book in a dive in the marine park, which is home to penguins, seals, sea dragons, migrating whales, and a magical array of colourful fish.

At the end of the day, you can relax in comfort at your home away from home. Enjoy a BBQ, relax on the balcony or the covered terrace at the rear of the property, and then head inside for a soak in the large jacuzzi bath.

Your hosts have thoughtfully taken care of all the little extras to make your days at Monterey Heights a breeze – easy to use Nespresso machine, a porta cot and highchair, Bluetooth speakers, books, board games, a gaming console, and dog bowls and toys – so all you need to do is hitch up the boat and get on the road.

There’s plenty of parking, plus space for the whole family to spread out with a massive backyard for the kids and dog to run around. Younger kids will love the sleepover vibes of the funky bunk beds, and there’s also a sofa bed in the second living area, making Monterey Heights a great spot for large or intergenerational families.

We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

About Pets:

Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.

We recently stayed at Monterey Heights with our 3 kids and a dog. House was well appointed with two king beds, a queen and two sets of bunks. Lots of room for all of us to spread out, the secure yard for the kids and dog to play was a bonus too. House had absolutely everything we needed, it was more like a home than a short term holiday stay. We’ll definitely be back.
