With 4 bedrooms split over 2 floors there’s plenty of room to spread out. Each room is individually styled and features beautiful furnishings and luxury bed linens.

To ensure your holiday will want for nothing this home is pet friendly, has aircon in the lounge and views to absolutely die for!

There is much to see and do in Jervis Bay and this home is located right amongst it! Enjoy swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

Lounge area has a smart TV, a beautiful corner lounge with room for the whole family and jaw dropping views of Point Perpendicular and French doors leading onto the amazing balcony!
There is a dining set that comfortably seats 6 guests.

Outside

A key feature of this home is the stunning front balcony with comfortable seating to take in the gorgeous views of Jervis Bay. At the rear of the property is a terrace with outdoor dining, Weber gas barbecue and well looked after gardens.

Linen

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Pets

This property is suitable for pets. However they are not permitted in bedrooms or on the furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.The backyard is not 100% secure so pets should not be left in the yard unattended if they are likely to wander.

Arrival and Departure Times

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Parties, Functions and Gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

What a wonderful experience, perfect location with a quick walk down to the beach. Great ocean views from the top deck great for the sunrise.

Great property. They balcony is the highlight and it was bright and clean throughout. Loved our stay and the property managers were very responsive, with the little help we needed.

We had a great stay, the view is stunning. It is a great functional house, very quiet and relaxed neighbourhood. Location is great and it was great to be able to have our dog with us!
