The home has been lovingly renovated to make the most of dappled sunshine and coastal breezes, making it a cosy and comfortable base to explore the coast with your family. Premium appliances and furnishings throughout will make your stay a delight, and it’s got everything you need to relax and reconnect – from the Nespresso coffee machine to start your day the right way, to the Smart TV, Netflix subscription, stereo system, portable Bluetooth speaker, and board games, for however your family likes to kick back.

You’ll be comfortable all year round with air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans and heaters in the bedrooms, and a cosy fireplace for winter nights.

Imagine waking up and dipping your toes into the sparkling blue waters of Jervis Bay – set one street back from the beach, it’s just a leisurely 4-minute walk to start your day in the fresh salty air. Back at your home away from home, rinse off in the hot-water outdoor shower before whiling away the days in the gorgeous sunroom. It’s fully enclosed and protected from the elements while still allowing you to soak up the glorious sunshine.

As the breeze filters through in the late afternoon, step outside and get comfy in the hammock and feel the stress melt away, as the kids and dog play in the large, fully enclosed grassed yard. With three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, one bathroom plus a separate toilet, and that gorgeous sunroom, there’s almost no reason to leave home. But if you do decide to venture out, you’re just a stone’s throw from calm swimming and snorkelling, bountiful fishing, boating, and kayaking, as well as bushwalking. If you’re lucky, you might even see a dolphin parade.
