It serves as the perfect base, just a short stroll to the club with multiple dining and drinking options and just a short drive to the famous dazzling white sand beaches of Jervis Bay.

There’s plenty of room to park the boat and numerous boat ramps nearby to access the famous fishing in The Basin and beyond. No one gets left behind as this home is the perfect spot for your four legged family members with a large fully secure backyard. Overseas visitors will love the St Georges Basin Golf Course as it is filled with mobs of kangaroos.

The home itself is modern, spacious and comfortable. The layout suits families and couples sharing equally as well. Entertainers will love the well stocked kitchen and large open living areas with huge flat screen TV and digital jukebox!

There is much to see and do in the beautiful Bay & Basin area: swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, duvets and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Pets

This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture or in bedrooms. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

Arrival/Departure Time

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Parties, Functions & Gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
