• About the home *

“Coast Leumeah” is a delightful double-storey family & pet friendly home in Surf Beach just a comfortable walk from the beach and a short drive from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

• Indoor Areas *

Downstairs is the 2nd Living Room/Games Room (with pool table and smart tv), Bedroom 5 - which is a converted garage (with smart tv), Bedroom 3 and a bathroom/laundry (with shower & toilet, washing machine & clothes dryer). Upstairs is the large main Living/Dining Room (with smart tv), Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, plus another bathroom (with shower & toilet). The side enclosed balcony is accessed from the Dining Room and the front balcony is accessed from the meals area.

• Outdoor Areas *

The long enclosed side balcony is accessed from the main living room and has a gas bbq. There is also an external set of stairs for this balcony. The small front balcony has a table & seating for 2 people. The 24m long 3.2m wide driveway provides plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) and the enclosed block is perfect for children and pets (no cats please) and also features a hot & cold water outdoor shower.

• Kitchen *

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, Delhongi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

• Heating/Cooling Systems *

There are 2 wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioning units in the home, one in the upstairs Living/Dining Room and the other in the downstairs 2nd Living/Games Room.

• Bedding Configuration *

"Coast Leumeah" is set up to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Tri-bunk
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): One Queen bed, one Tri-bunk and one Single Trundle bed

Please note: the Tri-bunks have a double bed base with a single bed above it.
Bedroom 5 is a fully-lined, converted garage.

• Linen *

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted) pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this optional linen. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of 30 per king/queen/double bed and 15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.

• Peak Periods *

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

• Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies *

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
