Quaint, and quintessentially Southern Fleurieu, with many historical features. Built in the 1940’s this unique beach house has so much character, perfect for a couples retreat or family holiday. Only a few minutes’ walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in South Australia and popular cafes.

In the main house you will find 2 bedrooms, a newly designed kitchen with air conditioning plus a TV/sitting room to sit and relax with a good book or complimentary glass of port. There is also a bathroom, laundry, separate toilet and enclosed side veranda with second toilet.

The air-conditioned studio has a further 2 double bedrooms and charming open and airy lounge area with large screen TV, piano and a multitude of games and puzzles to entertain. It also features a pine table seating ten for family or friends to gather.

The rustic covered outdoor area has a corner bench seat plus outdoor table and chairs for entertaining. Fresh herbs and fruit trees can be found throughout the garden.

Location Just off Jetty Road, a short walk from the township of Normanville.

Such a cool eclectic beach house. We loved our stay the location was perfect close to beach and stroll to the pub. It was incredibly hot this weekend so the aircon was a blessing. We will definitely return

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is so full of character and charm. The garden was absolutely stunning and filled with herbs and flowers and birds. It’s a few mins walk to both the shops and the beach we didn’t need to drive anywhere. The kitchen was well equipped for lots of cooking. The second living area and bedrooms out the back were fantastic too. So many games and puzzles! It was so fun we can’t wait to come back. Grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home.

Plenty of room in this funky eclectic house with two separate spaces. Large outdoor area and garden filled with flowers. Comfy beds and ample crockery and kitchen supplies if you feel like cooking. Or an easy walk into town with shops and cafes. Lovely Normanville beach is a 10 minute walk away.

Seems an Old original farm house in the heart of Normanville. We marinated our food from the wonderful garden. Just have to fix the musty smell once you walk in. Otherwise a very interesting stay. Seven of us enjoyed our stay.
