A compact lounge with smart TV, two queen sized beds and a well laid out kitchen ensure that whilst compact a great deal of thought has gone into every element of the home.

The location couldn't be more ideal with just a very short stroll to the renowned shops and cafes of Huskisson and its two fabulous beaches! There is much to see and do in Jervis Bay and Husky Tiny Home is located right amongst it! Enjoy swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

Pets This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced, back yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.

An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet and if you have not picked up after your pet in the yard before departure.

You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

Other This is a tiny home and space is very restricted.

It is unsuitable for young children or the elderley as both bedrooms are accessed by ladders.

Pets are accepted but are not recommended to be inside due to the limited space.

A mobile wifi device is provided but not advertised as a facility as it is susceptible to slow speeds during peak holiday periods.

Arrival/Departure Times We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking.

Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early.

Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Parties/Functions/Gatherings This property is surrounded by permanent residents.

Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.


Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

Please Note Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.

Easter: 4 night minimum stay.

Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
