Indoor Areas

This single storey home provides a Master bedroom with TV, WIR and en-suite (with shower and toilet), while bedrooms 2 and 3 both have BIR.

The open plan kitchen/dining/living room has a smart TV with fetch TV and provides access tp the large rear covered deck.

There is also a bathroom (with bath and shower), a separate toilet plus a laundry.


Outdoor Areas

The rear covered deck, with seating for 8 and a BBQ, overlooks the fully fenced rear yard which is perfect for families and pets alike.

There is also a hot water outdoor shower to wash off after a trip to the beach.

There is space to park 2 cars or a boat in the driveway.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.

plus a double sink, large pantry, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the living room, plus a coonara-style wood heater.

There is also ducted evaporative cooling throughout the home.

** Bedroom Configuration ** This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 8 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Two sets of Single Bunks
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra.

By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases).

What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for.

The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.

Lovely 3 bedroom property that suited our family of 5 adults and 3 furchildren perfectly! Images on website are slightly out dated as the yard has been redone with new shrubbery and a new fence! House was clean and well equiped, all appliances worked and the beds were comfy and solid. Recommended for others and we will be back!
