Outstanding 3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Cape Woolamai VIC. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. This property can accommodate up to 9 people with 3 rooms and 7 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ or a walk along the beach. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

About The Home

This is a delightful single-storey family home in Cape Woolamai just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cape Woolamai.

Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The central kitchen leads to the open plan dining/living area (with smart tv, sound bar and subwoofer) that provides direct access into all three bedrooms (
Bedroom 2 has built in robes).

The bathroom has a shower & bath plus there is a separate toilet and the laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer.


Outdoor Areas

The large enclosed front porch provides access to the home and there is a small rear covered deck with bbq and bartop.

Next to the deck is a paved area with table & seating for 6, that overlooks the enclosed rear yard that is perfect for children or pets and also has an outdoor shower and firepit with bench seating for 6 people (no firewood provided).

The large rear garage has been converted into a games room with full size pool table, table tennis top (to be used on pool table), dart board, bar fridge & couches and there is an adjoining carport.

There is space for up to 3 cars in the carport (2.

2m in height) plus up to another 3 vehicles (cars or a boat) in the long driveway.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Breville 'The Barista Express' coffee machine (uses beans, some provided), toaster, kettle, etc.

plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

There is also a bar fridge in the garage/games room.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the Living/Dining room, which also has a ceiling fan and coonara wood heater (limited wood provided).

There are also three portable heaters and three portable fans which can be used where required.

Bedding Configuration

"Cape Surf House" is set up to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests: This home has 7 beds accommodating up to 9 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Two sets of Single Bunks
Bedroom 3: One Tri-bunk Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra.

By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases).

What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for.

The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement.

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
