The back deck overlooks the large grassy back yard where the kids and the fury pet can amuse themselves.
The back yard is fully fenced and is surrounded with lush palm trees creating the feeling of tropical bliss.
Open up both sliding doors to the front and back balcony to let the breezes flow through the house. Enjoy your morning coffee or lazy afternoon drinks on either of these balconies.

The location of this home is all about the convenience of being able to simply walk to all that Peregian Beach is famous for, such as the friendly village atmosphere enjoyed around the shopping area with plenty of cafes and restaurants, or fun times in the park, roaming the markets and free concerts the first Sunday of each month.
