All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests all beds have quilts with full covers, we do not triple sheet. Travel cot and highchair are available at no extra cost – BYO linen for the travel cot.

Firewood:
Enough wood will be supplied for the slow-combustion wood heater for the first two nights. After that, guests must purchase top-up wood and kindling from the local petrol stations at their own cost. Wood is supplied for the indoor fireplace only, and guests should purchase firewood for use in the outdoor fire-pit.

Wi-Fi:
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

Pets:
Pets are welcome at This with a $100 surcharge (for up to 3 pets max). The rear yard is fully fenced. BYO bedding for your pet. Refer to the Pet Clause in our Terms and Conditions.

Water pressure in shower was non-existent and ran in/out of hot water. We were unable to shower properly throughout our stay. Bathroom, toilet and children’s bedroom had a constant smell of sewerage in the evenings. Bins were full on arrival. Had to store rubbish in and around the property for the duration of the stay.

It was warm and cosy, very clean and with everything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen and dining area is large and fully kitted out with appliances etc. The walk and creek at the end of the street was a particular highlight for our young family. 10 minutes along this trail to the Bradman Museum and another 10 minutes to the centre of town winding along a creek with native birds the whole way.
