This beautiful two bedroom, ground floor, single level unit is adjoins to a large waterfront property in the heart of Vincentia. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy an easy stroll along one of Jervis Bay’s famous white sand beaches.

This comfortable home features two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with flat screen TV. The large pet and child friendly yard is fully fenced. The beach is just metres from front door and bigger kids will enjoy endless trips back and forth to the beach without needing to be minded.

The house is perfect for a romantic weekend away with your loved one, a family holiday or a quick escape from the city. Enjoy the convenience of being next to Collingwood Beach, white sands cycle path and short distance to local shops.

There is much to see and do in the beautiful Jervis Bay area: swimming, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

This is the ground floor apartment beneath a large holiday home. On occasion there may be guests in the upstairs home.
The pool is strictly not for guests use and any infringement of this will result in instant termination and forfeiting all monies paid.

Arrival/Departure Time

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Parties, Functions & Gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
