Our stay at Hamilton house was very relaxing and plenty of room for the family. It was rainy weather, we were more than happy just to relax and enjoy the open living spaces of the house with the very large under cover verandah at the back of the house. The bedrooms and bathroom for the three front bedrooms are older style and would benefit with a refresh to complete the amazing renovations the owners have done with the kitchen, dining, lounge and back deck, love the raked ceiling.

We had a great time at Hamilton House. The house is beautifully decorated and the pallet Xmas tree was a hit with the kids. Ample room to accommodate 2 families and the house is stocked with everything you could need. The only downside was the smell of the kitchen bins and the wheelie bins hadn’t been emptied the week before.

Great House - Short drive to beaches - well stocked - plenty of room for everyone. Great outdoor area with bbq.

As soon as you step in you are going to love this home. Perfect for families and couples. Kitchen has everything you would like and more. Furbabies loved it too. The only thing missing is a pool. He he he !!! Great place to enjoy your holiday. Clean on arrival. Have been dealing with First National for nearly 30 years and you can not go wrong with these professionals.

The photos dont do the home justice. It was the perfect location for all our needs, close to shops (for the kids to walk to Maccas for an ice cream) a short drive to the wonderful beaches. We had the most relaxing holiday in years. So spacious, and even room for more that us 8 ! Thank you

Discovered this wonderful House on line. It lived up to all expectations and was beautiful. So much has gone into making this home a home away from home. So many features and the best well equipped kitchen as yet. Also wonderful that we could take our doggie who loved the verandah.

We were lucky enough to be the first people to stay in this awesome holiday house. Beautifully presented, conveniently located close to shops and central to all Yamba has to offer.
