Modern, open-plan house situated in a quiet, leafy location close to both the lakeside and the shops and café at the centre of the village. This is located on a quite cul-de-sac street facing lush bush land making it great for families.
This two-storey house has a large open plan, kitchen/living/dining area on the top floor which opens onto a balcony at the front facing the bush and a deck at the back that seats 10. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with queen beds (one with en suite) and another with two king singles as well as a separate bathroom. Downstairs, the bedroom has a double bed plus there is another bathroom/laundry and bunk beds.
There is a separate, downstairs living area/games room with a second TV for the kids. Air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. Ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms, heaters for the cooler winter nights.
Fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer.
Guests have full access to the house. There is a back gate that provides quick access (2 minutes) to Smiths Lake’s supermarket, café, bottle shop and butcher.

Loungeroom - 1 x 4 seater lounge and 1 x 3 seater lounge, large ottoman plus comfortable cane chair. Loungeroom opens onto balcony.
Outdoor Living space - Large Outdoor table setting, BBQ. Yard is enclosed.

For those wanting to enjoy still waters instead of the open ocean, Smiths Lake is the number one choice in the Pacific Palms area. Shrouded by a lush littoral forest and neatly separated from the sea by Sandbar Beach, this is a family favourite for those eager to enjoy a spot of water-skiing, boating, paddling or windsurfing (the open lake waters making for a windsurfer’s dream!). With an impressive catchment area spanning 32 square kilometres and waterways of 11 square kilometres you can enjoy all the benefits of this unique, tucked-away calm waterway. However, should you feel a pull for the waves, the picturesque Cellito Beach can be accessed via a boardwalk at the northern end of Sandbar Beach.
Smiths Lake is one of the beautiful coastal lakes that form part of the Great Lakes region on the beautiful Barrington coast. Surrounded by some of the East Coasts most beautiful beaches only a short drive away.
