A cozy combustion fireplace will keep you warm during the winter months, and in the summer ducted evaporative cooling will ensure you are comfortable, or simply open the doors and windows to let that gentle seabreeze roll through.

The Kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, gas cooking, a large island bench and a roomy butler’s pantry and of course a Coffee Machine (guests to supply coffee grounds)

This is a great place for a family holiday, a short walk to the beach or the main street and a park and coffee place around the corner. Loved the furnishings, small yard that catches the morning sun and butlers pantry. My sisters Daschie joined us too and loved it! We'd definitely stay again.

We had such a fabulous week away. The house itself is new, modern (LOVE the bathrooms), clean and SO well thought out. It has everything you need for a family beach holiday, including big bedrooms with plenty of storage, plus large secured garage for all the beach paraphernalia. The kitchen/ dining is well stocked and light and bright -perfect for summer meals. Easy walking distance to the beach plus to shops for coffee and of course bakery and cafes. We will be back!
