Located in the quiet part of town you will be astounded at the peaceful surroundings.

This quaint three-bedroom cottage is quiet and secure and only 100m to the Myall River to catch a bream for lunch or to take a relaxing walk along the waterfront to the local restaurants whilst watching the sun set.

With a relaxing living area opening onto the wrap around verandah, and huge entertaining deck with BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture, this is the perfect place for any meal of the day and to boast about the days fishing, golfing or surfing. The modern kitchen has dishwasher, microwave oven plus all the utensils you'll need.

All three bedrooms have French doors opening out onto the lovely shady verandah. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets of single bunks. The house is air-conditioned with 3 reverse cycle units servicing the property. A washing machine and dryer are in the laundry which leads into the newly renovated bathroom.

Recent Guest Review - We love to stay in this turn of the century house which has a lovely old world feel about it with all the trimmings of a modern home too!! Comfy leather couch, great cooking facilities, games and wonderful selection of DVDs to watch on the generous modern LCD screen. There are the comfy double beds with a LCD TV in every room and bunks for children. The period home has a breezy balmy aspect and with only a short 2 minute stroll to the picturesque tranquil mangroves with abundant bird and wildlife, where we watch dolphins roll and play in the deep green cool river water. And then of course one of the definite highlights of the property is the deck, which wraps around the house and makes for spots of private relaxation in the hammocks. It's new generous expanse of extra hardwood decking stretching out below the bungalow palms where we lounge away in comfort on the generous comfy outdoor cane lounges or just sit and enjoy a drink or an evening meal of fresh local fish. We have stayed in many different rental properties in Hawks Nest and Tea Gardens over the past 20 years but none of them surpass or equal the charm and grace or history of this beautiful grand old lady which is our favourite place to holiday.
