A spacious holiday house perfect for family and friends, in an elevated position that captures the afternoon ocean breezes and views over to Wallis Lake and glimpses of Elizabeth Bay Elizabeth Beach, Shelly Beach and Wallis Lake are just a short walk away, or you can take your pick from several beaches close by including the spectacular Seal Rocks and Cellito Beaches as well as the Myall Lakes and Booti Booti National Parks.

Enjoy a coffee at Blueys Beach, Dinner at Moby's or take a 5 min walk to the "Recky" Club for a quiet sundowner drink or dinner overlooking the lake.

This large light filled house easily accommodates 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dinning, lounge and separate laundry. Access to double garage with remote control and games room with table tennis. There is an extensive covered deck area around the house with outdoor dining , lounge and BBQ areas. A perfect sanctuary. Enjoyed a sublime week at Seabreeze. Spacious, multiple "lying around reading books" options. Convenient, secluded, peaceful. Beautifully decorated with a contemporary coastal feel. Huge master suite !. Deep return verandah is the prize for sunsets, contemplation and fizzy drinks. Responsive hosts, excellent value. Will be back.

We recently enjoyed a weekend here with friends. This house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Enjoying a cup of tea or coffee in the morning on the expansive deck you can see across to the ocean. In the evening, a glass of wine in the afternoon sea breeze as the sun goes down. Convenient location with a short walk to the beach or a brief drive into Blueys for cafes and shopping. Close enough for lake activities and monthly markets. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
