There is a small enclosed back yard and enclosed front courtyard, but most of the time can be spent on the beach just a two minute walk from the house. Run, play, swim and chase the ball with all the freedom you want and then when the humans are ready to return o the house your pet can sleep the afternoon off under the shade in the yard.

A two minute walk to the golden sands of Culburra Beach. Take leisurely walks to either end of the beach where you will find both Tilbury Cove and Crookhaven Heads. If you are lucky enough the dolphins will be playing in the surf as you wander along.

This is a very comfortable two bedroom, air conditioned townhouse located at the front of a complex of 3. Listen to the waves on the beach as you sit out on the deck for meals which can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Webber Baby Q BBQ

Culburra beach is two minutes from your front door, bikes ( BYO helmets) and fishing rods are provided in the garage. There are surf schools, trike rides, cafes and more, available to allow you to do as much or as little as you like. The grassed area on the eastern side of the house has resident wildlife – parrots, satin bower birds and on the rare occasion an echidna.

Linen
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for complimentary travel cot. BYO beach towels.

This property has external security cameras located in the front courtyard and the garage covering the front and rear perimeter of the house.

This property is pet friendly, and there is a $100 surcharge to have your pet stay – please declare at the time of booking and refer to our terms and conditions regarding pets. Upon departure you are expected to bag up and dispose of all doggy mess, please also see our pet friendly guidelines at the property.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Beautiful home for a very comfortable stay. Fully equipped with everything you could want. Well maintained. Comfy beds, great spa bath. Secure parking and a very pretty court yard garden. Just a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Lots to see in the area. We will be back.

Beautifully appointed and well maintained. Spacious with a great outdoor deck to sit and relax. Kitchen is amazing with everything you need and well laid out. Master bedroom is great with huge comfortable bed, spacious walk-in robe and the bathroom is special, and the spa AMAZING! Access easy. Highly recommended for a stay where you can just relax. Close to the beach.

This house was perfect, very clean and tidy. High quality and really comfortable beds and couches. Super spacious master bedroom. Great kitchen with plenty of bench space and a nice cross breeze when we opened the windows, the balcony was great for happy hour!! As a bonus there is a warm outdoor shower to wash the sand off after the beach, which is only about a minutes walk away. We will definitely be coming back. Thankyou.

What a wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect from the amazing beds, great kitchen stocked with everything, lovely balcony and the beautiful artwork. It was so great to have the fishing gear right there too. The highlight was the spa bath - hugely welcome after a day of activity.
