It is only a 50m stroll to the 1770 water front, where you can enjoy a swim in the calm waters of the inlet, or perhaps some kayaking or stand up paddle boarding is more your style. When you feel you need a coffee or a drink, the unique Tree Bar and Restaurant is only a few doors away. A perfect place for boaties who want a bit of luxury as the 1770 Marina and boat ramp is only a few hundred meters away, and the house has ample area for parking large boats, with good wash down facilities.

Terrific location with amazing views. House is large, spacious, clean and tidy and has everything you need. There is also ample room to park several cars and boat. Is a wonderful holiday destination and we will definitely come again.
