This stunning beachfront villa is located in the gated community of Castaway Cove. A free-standing villa with an open floor plan on the top level that takes full advantage of the ocean views.

The villa is surrounded by nature and located only 100 steps away from a dog-friendly, direct access, secluded and soft-sand beach.

A vast, open-plan living area on the top level of the home is such a wonderful space for spending quality time together. The top level includes the living area with floor to ceiling windows that wrap around the entire room with sheer curtains and blinds for privacy. A bright and fresh, well designed and well equipped kitchen has stunning views at each window, with the dinning area right alongside. You can really open up the room and take in the sea breezes that flow through from the covered deck where you can spend time to enjoy the ocean views and hoping see some whales passing by during whale season.

On the second level there are two spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has it's own access to the deck on the second level. There is also two bathrooms on this floor and the fully equipped laundry as well.
The ground level of the home boasts a lovely tiled entry way with a third bedroom with a king bed and a carpeted floor. There is also a lock up single garage with extra space to store all you beach gear. Visitors carparks are also available. Wifi and Foxtel area available for all of your entertainment needs.

Within the complex there is a pool and a full-sized tennis court for your enjoyment. Just need to bring your tennis rackets.

There is a winding bike path near by surrounded by lush tropical plants.

This Castaways beachfront villa really has it all and you can even bring your small four legged friend with you. Marcus beach has many pet friendly off leash areas to choose from, so why not bring your pooch and explore this amazing part of the Sunshine Coast.

The property was very nice with new appliances and was clean. The couch and beds were quality and very comfortable, and it was lovely and quiet. It was great our small dog was allowed to join us with a short stroll through to the dog friendly beach. However, personally we would have preferred to stay within walking distance to a patrolled beach and be closer to cafe's and shops as parking was difficult at times. I was told there was no BBQ or coffee pod machine but actually there was both. Perhaps these could be listed on the amenities list on Stayz. Bear in mind there are lots of steps having 3 levels within the unit. Overall an enjoyable restful weekend in quality accomodation.
