This beautiful, private, secure, multi-level home offers stunning views of the Coral Sea.This property is east facing and is a perfect location to take in these beautiful views & breezes and to watch the annual migration of whales during winter & spring. The top split level consists off the master bedroom with WiR and ensuite, bedroom two, a second bathroom and toilet. The middle level consists of open plan living with high ceilings and polished timber floors throughout and loads of natural light. Sitting in the dining area can feel like you are dining by the ocean. Its has and outdoor lounging deck outside the master bedroom.

There is a spa area which includes a T. V and high bar table and chairs.

The lower entry level has a fourth bedroom and internal access to the single car garage and carport.

It is just metres from the beach access path and a short flat stroll to Peregian Beach Village & patrolled beach. 200 metres to the North Peregian patrolled beach during peak times. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop which runs north and south along the coast. If you love Noosa but are looking to avoid the hustle and bustle, Peregian Beach is the perfect answer. With it's renowned cafes and restaurants, pub and easy pace. The markets, Peregian Originals, great coffee, space on the beach, quality surf and proximity to excellent golf courses all add up to the perfect holiday destination.
