This property is not suitable for families or for an enjoyable holiday experience. Expectations for guests included to emptying out bins including on "bin day/s" and when leaving the property, ensuring that all dishes are washed and put away OR THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES. These are not expectations that guests should have whilst on holidays. Check in is only permitted from 4pm onwards. For a family of 3, only 4 towels were provided for 4 days. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Lovely cottage in quiet convenient location. Well fitted out with everything you could possibly need. Great garden for the pets. Wonderful area.

Great spot to enjoy the beach and towns nearby. Loved the birds and the ability to BBQ and prepare our own meals. Bright and comfortable. Would stay here again and recommend it for others.

The floor and shelves of the property were sticky like cleaned half way with soap and left. The bathroom floor was slippery due to some cleaning agent ans stayed like that after mopping. The sofa and carpet was smelling like something wet is left in a closed place. Otherwise the location and property was good. Just need more focus on maintainence.

Well equiped, comfortable holiday cottage sitting high on a hill. Short drive to pet friendly (time share) Nelsons Beach. Gorgeous ocean views from front deck. Enjoy an outdoor barbecue while relaxing in beautifully appointed patio furniture. Watch birds bathe in the delightful garden.

I spent 4 nights at Windansea for my 50th birthday. It was an absolutely perfect stay. Beautiful cottage, immaculately clean, very pet friendly, fabulous kitchen, modern bathroom, lovely decor and my favourite space was the sunny front deck and garden with water views. Every detail was well considered and appointed. I am already planning my next stay for March.

-stale/unfresh smell in house. Needs a air freshener -Floors werent vacuumed at all or mopped upon check in (there was crumbs of chips left over beside bed in one of bedrooms) under beds super dusty -2x massive stains on each fabric couch and stench. We had to cover couches with sheet to be able to sit on it and not be grossed out -massive wasp nest under car port central area so had to be careful getting in and out of car -pests in roof. Could hear mice and rats in walls at night time.

Very well maintained cottage, specious, very clean and modern, with all the facilities very well thought through. Beautiful garden, great quiet location with sea view.
