Outstanding 4-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Cowes VIC. You will be able to enjoy the beach while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. Why not enjoy a BBQ or a walk along the beach. This property can accommodate up to 11 people with 4 rooms and 9 beds at your disposal. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

COVID Cancellations/Changes

We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc.

About the home

This is a delightful family holiday home in Cowes that is loaded with appeal. Some of the features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The home has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area (with TV, CD/DVD player and mini HiFi) that provides access to the North facing covered decking area. All three bedrooms have BIR, the largest of the bedrooms also has a TV and there is a bathroom (with shower & toilet) and a separate toilet.

Please note that there are two rooms that are locked and not accessible to guests.

Outdoor Areas

There is a large north facing covered deck (with 8 Seater outdoor seating) that overlooks the enclosed front and back yard (pets are also welcome - outside only please). The large garage (9.0m x 4.5m) is in the rear of the yard and has been converted into a games room with table tennis table, a TV and a fuzbol table.

Please note there is a security camera at the home on the rear deck in the backyard pointing at the gate.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, and Breville Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There are 5 wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioners in the home - one in each of the three bedrooms, plus one in the kitchen and one in the lounge room.

Bedding Configuration

The home is configured to sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 9:

Bedroom 1: Not accessible to guests
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed and One fold out Single bed
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Two sets of Single Bunks

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
