The kitchen and dining area is perfectly positioned offering a direct visual of the back yard and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stylish crockery, glassware, cutlery and ample bench room. Lounge area complete with a large flat screen tv compatible to watch Netflix, Stan, Disney, Kayo and Prime offering a nice outlook over the beautifully manicured garden.

Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes.
