Step inside the vibrant seaside villa and for a relaxing holiday or your temporary home away from home. This delightful retreat invites you to relax and unwind – so you can explore Culburra and the Shoalhaven.

This immaculate two-bedroom villa has comfortable bedrooms, a warm, welcoming living area and a great kitchen. The bathroom has recently been renovated and includes a generous, deep bath.

The sheltered outdoor patio means you can cook up a storm on the BBQ and enjoy meals at the outdoor table, unaffected by unpredictable rain showers.

It is perfect for small families, couples and people traveling to work in the region.

Of course, your dog is also welcome to stay. The yard is protected and fully fenced, for your furry companion. And it is a short walk to dog-friendly Culburra Beach.

Explore the golden sands, rockpools and gentle waves of Culburra Beach just a leisurely stroll away. For a breathtaking view, head to Penguins Head and gaze upon ocean from the headland lookouts.

There are bicycles available for your use if you want to explore on two wheels.

And when you just want to chillout, retreat with a captivating book and a steaming cup of tea or perfect glass of wine. Or catch your favourite shows on Netflix or Stan, and relish the reverse cycle air conditioning.

For those nights where you would prefer to have someone else cook for you, head down to the local club with a courtesy bus available with pick up and drop off door to door, or to one of the local restaurants.

At the end of your day, rest in luxurious comfort, listening to the sound of the ocean, waking the next day to do it all again.

  • We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
  • The garage at the property is currently unavailable for guest parking. However, you are still able to access the garage to use the bikes and beach equipment stored there. Parking should only be in the paved area near the letterboxes and bins, or on Lake Circuit.
  • Fencing: The property is fully fenced
  • Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area only
  • We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
  • For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
  • After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
  • No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

About Pets:

Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure.

Good sized unit that is in a very convenient location. My partner and I like firm mattresses but this was so hard that we couldn’t sleep and would not choose to stay again for only this reason. It is a shame.

Had a very big storm and some water came in from the front door. Our host got back to us as quickly as possible and provided everything we needed. Neighbors were friendly and the house is close to a lot of great beaches and a national park.
