This sun-filled three bedroom property is perfect as a home base for your holiday on the coast. Inside you can relax with the family on the couch and watch a movie or maybe head outside and relax with a cold drink and a book in the garden whilst you listen to some tunes on the Bluetooth speaker. The BBQ and outdoor dining table are perfect for a Sunday sizzle to enjoy the sea air, and with the fully-fenced backyard you’ll have peace of mind as your kids and dog run around.
When it’s time for dinner you can whip up a meal in the fully-furnished kitchen, keep it simple with local fish and chips, or drive to one of the nearby restaurants for a treat. As the day ends, grab a chair and a drink to watch the sunset turn into the most magnificent display of the Milky Way you’ve ever seen. Everyone will be cosy as they turn in for the night. About Pets:
Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.

So clean and tidy, cosey coastal property suitable for any weekend getaway even in Winter.
Perfect spot to relax well set up older house beautifully cleaned.A superb stay everything needed was available a lot of thought to detail for comfort and basic provisions.Great easy walk to beach and best of all so dog friendly ours looked as sad as we did leaving.. aim to to return.Thank you all.
Overall cleanliness of the Airbnb was very bad. Bathroom smelt like mold, the floors were dirty to the point where it would make your feet look black, every bed sheet, towel AND DECO PILLOWS were all stained, all our beds had a grainy like sand partials that needed to be vacuumed, all the dishes in the cupboards were all dirty, kitchen cupboards are covered in dirt and there were several spiderwebs around entrances to the front and backdoors. Upon arrival a dead cockroach was found in kitchen.
Comfortable, perfectly stocked with everything you need, and a short stroll to one of NSW’s best beaches. We can’t wait to come back!
The house was as per the photos and website description with a nice clean/fresh fitout (the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay). We would recommend for 1-5 people, however with one toilet/shower/bath, it might get a busy for 5-7 at maximum occupancy.
5 mins walk from pristine Callala Beach, great house with everything you need, pet friendly, big back garden. Highly recommended.
Sea and Sun is clean and neatly furnished. Kitchen is nicely appointed and there is an abundance of TV's in the house. The space is very small however and the house desperately needs a 2nd bathroom or at least a 2nd toilet - particularly given there is sleeping space for 7 people. That many people using the one toilet and bathroom is not pleasant on a holiday! The outside space is also very unappealing - it needs some cover and a barbecue area.
