This little cottage has been tastefully and sympathetically furnished and styled to keep much of its original character whilst also providing all the comforts of home.

The original wooden boards flow throughout the home creating a light and airy feel and the comfortable holiday vibe furnishings will have you feeling relaxed from the moment your bags hit the ground.

There is much to see and do in Jervis Bay and this home is located right amongst it! Enjoy swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced, back yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture.

An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet.

You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

SECURITY BOND

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit).

The property manager accepts VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking.

Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early.

Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS

This property is surrounded by permanent residents.

Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

PLEASE NOTE

Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.

Easter: 4 night minimum stay.

Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
